About The Position

This position will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to all Caviness Beef Packers policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A Commercial Driver's license is required.
• A Driver's License and clean driving record is required.
• Good work history is required.

Responsibilities

• This position requires continuously moving trailers in and out of loading dock and travel back and forth between plants .
• Tasks include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 70 lbs) and reaching.
• This position will climb in and out of trucks repeatedly.
• Must be willing to stand or walk on hard floors 10 - 12 hours a day.
• The employee will be asked to work independently with little supervision and be expected to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• This position will report to the truck shop supervisor.
