In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our catering operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, food service, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for catering deliveries.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage catering orders from initial inquiry through event completion.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and customize catering options to meet their requirements.
Prepare and package food items according to company standards and event specifications.
Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering orders.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
Maintain accurate records of catering orders, inventory, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues related to catering services.
