Some tasks include, but are not limited to: Completing and coordinating BEOs for clients, corresponding with assigned clients regarding upcoming catering events, collecting/posting payments for those catering events, and ensuring catering files are completed and organized. Assisting Sales Managers and/or Director of Catering Sales during events when required.
