This role involves actively prospecting new business, responding to inquiries, and managing the full lifecycle of catering events—from initial detailing to on-site servicing. Responsibilities include preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), drafting contracts, and overseeing billing to ensure a seamless client experience.
