Key aspects include knowledge of customer service principles, meeting quality standards, evaluating customer satisfaction, and intermediate skill with Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate is reliable, responsible, dependable, and capable of fulfilling obligations with a deep desire to anticipate, engage and satisfy customer needs, using a systematic approach to problem-solving and promoting positive guest and co-worker relationships. They must also be able to calmly and effectively adapt to constructive feedback in high-stress environments.
