Requirements
- Prior experience in catering or food service is preferred
- A desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Directors and Operator to fulfill business needs
Responsibilities
- Ensuring catering fulfillment for all orders
- Following up with current and past catering guests
- Handle guest issues that may arise during catering experience
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business
