About The Position

Due to expanding growth, Fooda is hiring a Lead Dining Associate. The hours for this role are: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Who You Are Catering Pro: You have experience managing catering logistics for groups ranging from 10 to 140+ people . Skilled Barista: You are proficient in operating commercial espresso machines and coffee equipment to craft consistent, high-quality beverages. Logistics-Minded: You can visualize the setup and flow of a large-scale food service event to ensure efficiency. Customer Champion: You are friendly, high-energy, and thrive on building relationships through excellent service. Tech & Cash Savvy: You are comfortable running a POS system with 100% accuracy in cash handling. Physical Stamina: You are able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for your entire shift.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Large-Scale Catering: Oversee the end-to-end execution of catering orders for 10 to 140 guests , including accurate setup, replenishment, and professional breakdown.
  • Master the Coffee Bar: Act as the primary barista, maintaining a clean station and serving a diverse range of handcrafted coffee and specialty drinks.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with onsite restaurant partners to ensure menus are executed to Fooda’s high standards and guest needs are met.
  • Maintain Service Excellence: Ensure the cafe environment remains positive, clean, and stocked with all necessary beverage and station items.
  • Accuracy & Safety: Maintain precise POS records and strictly follow Health and Sanitation (HACCP) standards for all food and beverage service.
  • Problem Solver: Proactively address client feedback or logistical hurdles and escalate issues to the Director when necessary.
