About The Position

The Catering Driver is responsible for assembling, delivering and setting up catering orders at an off-site location in a timely manner. Provides quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to drive and has own transportation.
Must be a courteous driver who follows all traffic laws and always represents the Moe’s brand in a positive manner.
Must have a good driving record.
High integrity and hardworking.
Good guest services skills.
Quality communication skills to multiple audiences.
Good time management skills.
Self-disciplined.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to safely and courteously operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

Preparing food and other products for catering order.
Following food safety procedures.
Packaging food and other products to be delivered to guest premises.
Ensuring that the food product meets operational and brand standards.
Anticipating and identifying problems with deliveries and helping to find solutions.
Greeting guests by stating, “Welcome to Moe’s!”
Ensuring guests are completely satisfied with their order.
Maintaining a clean delivery vehicle and notifying management of any maintenance concerns or issues.
Being punctual, in the correct uniform and maintaining a friendly smile.
Consistently exhibiting the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate the company values.
Performing all other tasks as directed by the company leadership team to include all restaurant management and their assigned representatives.
Always representing Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC as a professional in every aspect of performance.
