About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Catering Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong catering experience, an eye for precision, and the ability to execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to the highest standard. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, large-scale kitchen environment and takes pride in leading by example - working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for every event.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of catering or high-volume banquet culinary experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and the ability to translate them into accurate and efficient kitchen execution.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse culinary team.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day culinary operations for catering events, ensuring flawless execution of all BEOs.
- Coordinate prep, production, and service timelines in collaboration with chefs and culinary leadership.
- Maintain a consistent focus on quality, presentation, and timeliness for all menu items and event setups.
- Support event execution across multiple spaces, ensuring clear communication with both front- and back-of-house teams.
- Oversee production staff, providing training, direction, and feedback to maintain high standards.
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and compliance with Levy and venue guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and event-specific production sheets.
- Act as a key point of contact during events - solving problems quickly, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring guest satisfaction
