Act as a working supervisor on the catering service team within the Sales & Catering Department of the Saint Louis Zoo. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to event set-up and service, event coordination, attending logistics meetings, training of team members, serving as the point person for certain Zoo events, closing down events and enforcing Zoo policies. Work closely with Catering Manager and Assistant Manager on all aspects of the catering operation. Work closely with members of the Zoo’s Sales, Special Events and Culinary teams.
