Breakroom Supervisor
Position Summary
The Breakroom Supervisor provides first-level supervision of breakroom operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, proper product stocking, and overall cleanliness of assigned locations. This role oversees daily production, service standards, and team performance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, or breakroom operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift and move products and equipment as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily breakroom operations, including food, beverage, and snack services.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly stocked, attractively displayed, and within quality standards.
• Oversee preparation and replenishment of food and beverage items.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Enforce sanitation standards and sign off on cleaning procedures.
• Monitor and support team members to ensure policies, systems, and quality assurance tools are properly followed.
• Visit guest areas to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Communicate regularly with staff through team meetings and one-on-one coaching.
• Maintain accurate documentation including temperature logs and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
