Works with Category Sales Planning Director, Category Sales Planning Associate Director, and 3D Planning team to influence development of 18-month Category Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Owns cross channel Business Plan for Category or Brand.
  • Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective.
  • Responsible to advocate for assigned customers (30%)
  • Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for Food BU.
  • Works with 3D team to influence development of 18 month plan (30%)
  • Deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization (20%)
  • Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate.
  • Develop individual capabilities to promote growth (20%)
