About The Position

Responsibilities Merchandise and create planograms that accomplish the goal of visual representation in conjunction with accurate performance to space allocations. Responsible for creating, revising, and enhancing inline category planograms. Including new programs, merchandising concepts, category synergies as it relates to products that lend themselves to be merchandised together. Responsible for creating, revising, and enhancing promotional planograms. Including coordination with buyers and marketers wants/needs, vendor interaction, surfacing mix issues or opportunities. Capture, database and maintain all products for use with Space Management software. This includes racking, product imaging, signage, fixtures, and acquisition of key dimensional measurements. New items, package changes and item replacements updates to the database. Signage updates and POP order information to be maintained on planograms as needed by end users. Set standards for all photo imaging equipment and maintenance of equipment. Maintain relationships for Product to Planogram and Planogam to store. Vary Plangorams by region, VOC requirements and / or size restraints. Utilize Space Planning to identify opportunities to expand or reduce footprints for Categories identified. Call out status changes of items to buyer(s) to better help them manage SKU transitions. Lead the creation of Planogram layout document(s) for in store field personnel to use as a setting tool with schematic of product(s) placement. Template revision and creation with variations for size and configuration. Address any email coming in from the field. Act as key interface with the field on Planogram inquiries. Monitor the group email for any concerns or issues from the field. Discuss any issues or opportunities with the field. Qualifications FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors degree in Business and/or equivalent experience in Corporate Retail or related field. Preferred: Masters degree in Business. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: High Proficiency in BY Space Planning software or demonstrable ability to learn Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Powerpoint) Expertise in digital imaging technology Preferred: Extensive merchandising experience in a corporate retail environment Blue Yonder Data Manager experience Blue Yonder Floor Planning knowledge Project Management as related to defining scope, coordinating tasks, ensuring stakeholder alignment and implementing changes Understand basic data query functionality TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Certification or equivalent experience with BY Space Planning software Digital Photography concepts and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business and/or equivalent experience in Corporate Retail or related field.
  • High Proficiency in BY Space Planning software or demonstrable ability to learn
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Powerpoint)
  • Expertise in digital imaging technology
  • Certification or equivalent experience with BY Space Planning software
  • Digital Photography concepts and execution
