Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Works well under pressure and in high-temperature environments
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Safe, High-Quality Work: Follow all safety guidelines, perform tasks with precision, and uphold the highest quality standards.
- Support Production Success: Meet daily production demands, complete accurate documentation, and report abnormalities to the Production Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Train & Collaborate: Serve as an expert in your daily tasks—assist with training, follow direction from leadership, and set a positive example for new team members.
- Maintain Workplace Standards: Keep your work area clean, support 5S initiatives, and participate in process improvements.
- Embrace Kaizen: Stay open to new ideas, changes, and short-term adjustments that lead to long-term improvement. Kaizen is about continuous improvement.
