About The Position
Player Development Manager is responsible for the creation of all day-to-day operations policies and procedures for Casino Marketing. Responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, performance appraisals and recommendations for discipline for Casino Marketing Team Members. Responsible for supervision of Casino Marketing Representatives. Maintain organization for all projects and events for Casino Marketing.
Requirements
- Previous management or supervision qualifications are required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in but not limited to CMS, LMS, and Microsoft office
Nice To Haves
- Previous Casino Host experience preferred
