Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card (Must be at least 21 years of age)
- At least two (2) years of previous experience.
- Must be professional and maintain confidentiality to surveillance operations and activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for improving guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP guests.
- Explaining promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all guests.
- Explains the benefits and privileges of using a player's card.
- Responsible for developing and increasing guest visits and play habits.
