About The Position
Develop and maintain relationships with casino guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Assist guests with questions regarding promotions, events, and rewards programs. Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to provide personalized service. Assist with developing and coordinating special events, offers, and accommodations for VIP guests. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and player development activities. Maintain and grow guest book by utilizing CRM systems, face to face interaction, cold calling and email. Communicate with Team Members effectively and professionally. Collaborate with other property host teams to drive trips and experiences for hosted guests. Assist with Marketing elements to include designs on Social Media Platforms Coordinate, sell and promote Horse Racing sponsorships, entertainment and vendors. Performs and completes all other duties assigned
