The Casino Administration Coordinator serves as the centralized administrative and workforce coordination hub for the Casino Department. This position is responsible for overseeing dealer and tournament scheduling, coordinating payroll documentation and tip pool preparation, maintaining compliance records, administering purchasing and inventory processes, and supporting operational systems. This role ensures that all scheduling, payroll preparation, compliance tracking, purchasing requests, and system updates are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with Casino Operations leadership. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS Maintains and updates the Dealer Master Schedule. Coordinates Poker and Tournament Dealer scheduling. Oversees shift swaps, temporary schedule adjustments, and day-off tracking. Processes vacation and LOA requests in coordination with management. Participates in scheduling team meetings and provides scheduling analytics as requested. Ensures schedule accuracy within Dayforce and related workforce systems. Coordinates Tournament Staff scheduling and special event staffing adjustments. Prepares and audits documentation for Casino Floor and Tournament Tip Pool processes. Inputs and modifies tournament tip pool calculations, including dealer downs, staff hours, buy-ins, and account allocations. Reviews missed punch logs and meal premium/violation entries in Dayforce. Coordinates payroll documentation with Payroll Department to resolve discrepancies. Maintains organized and audit-ready payroll logs and supporting documentation. Assists with payroll-related reporting and final payroll submission tracking. Maintains Compliance Binders for Poker and California Games. Assists in preparation of Bi-Annual BGC Games Promotions Reporting. Tracks attendance notifications and disciplinary documentation organization. Assists with Poker VIP Parking audits and other operational audits. Ensures documentation is properly scanned, archived, and accessible for audit review. Creates and tracks Casino and Tournament Purchase Requests. Processes CAL supply cabinet orders through Redrock purchasing system. Coordinates vendor communication, including Secure Solutions and other operational vendors. Arranges vendor hotel accommodations as required. Maintains Casino card inventory and table support stock requests. Oversees casino radio inventory, audits, and repair coordination. Maintains key control administration (Key Keyper add/delete, duplication tracking). Oversees updates to Casino Key set logs. Creates and oversees Tournament ITCS events. Administers access updates in Keyper and related systems. Maintains attendance organization systems (3-folder attendance tracking). Updates and uploads SOP documentation in Confluence / JIRA. Supports Gaming Activity board tracking. Assists with IT ticket requests for scheduling and operational system support. Processes New Hire Poker Dealer EAR forms and training packets. Coordinates new Dealer scheduling and department orientation. Supports Tournament Dayforce adjustments for missed punches and meal violations. Coordinates documentation related to dealer scheduling changes. Serves as Casino Safety Committee Representative (if assigned). Assists with promotional event tracking (e.g., LNY gift tracking). Maintains SM Promotions Office binder and related operational logs. Provides administrative support to Operations leadership as requested.
