Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until April 17, 2026. About the Venue Synovus Park is one of the newest and most modern minor league baseball and entertainment venues in the Southeast. Located in Columbus, Georgia, the ballpark is home to the Columbus Clingstones, the Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. Synovus Park hosts 69 professional baseball games each season, while also serving as a year-round destination. The venue accommodates over 5,200 fans with expanded capacity for large-scale events, making it a premier gathering place for both sports and entertainment in the Chattahoochee Valley region.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be 18 or over.
Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
Ability to learn to operate a register and corresponding system.
Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.

Responsibilities

Conduct the register sales by entering the orders and completing the transaction.
Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels, and communicating to the Concessions Manger of low stock items.
Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work space including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.
Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Must check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
