About The Position

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Availability open on weekends and high demand days
• Ability to interact politely and efficiently with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Basic arithmetic for calculating totals, giving correct change, and managing cash transactions.
• Ensuring accurate scanning, pricing, and recording of purchases.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers, scanners, and point-of-sale systems.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• A good attitude is a must!
• Handling multiple customers efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to address customer issues and discrepancies effectively, with a priority on de-escalation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages the flow of customers by providing quick, efficient, accurate transactions and a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborates with other team members and managers across departments to ensure that customers receive the answers and service that will keep them coming back.
• Maintains a clean and attractive front-end environment including their station as well as the surrounding merchandising and service areas.
