About The Position
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions Operate the register and handle fuel and in-store purchases Promote Gas N Wash rewards/loyalty program Answer customer questions and provide assistance as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and store Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise as needed Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report low stock Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and money-handling skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, honest, and team-oriented Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for entire shift Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 20 pounds Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching Ability to work in intermittent temperature, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the cooler
Requirements
