About The Position

Allentown Kia, a top automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience, we'd love to have you on our team!

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely.
Proficient in using basic office software and dealership management systems.
A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department.
Process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions.
