About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier/Receptionist to be a valuable point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, cashier customers and ensure every customer receives a helpful and positive experience. If you have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to have you on our team.

Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Maintain office supplies for specific location
