Part Time Receptionist/Cashier Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors Greet customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries Process payments for Service & Parts via cash, check, and credit card accurately Maintain accurate records through basic filing and data entry Balance cashier reports and perform daily reconciliation Qualifications: Previous cashier and/or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Dependable, punctual, and reliable Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Schedule: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM, a few weekdays (Monday–Friday) 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM every other Saturday Closed on Sundays Must be available to cover additional shifts for other receptionist as needed
