About The Position

This position is responsible for processing customer sales transactions in retail cafes accurately and according to department standards. Additional duties includes greeting customers, resolving customer service issues, stocking stations, and cleaning front of house areas as needed. This position may also preparing food service stations for service, serving food, assembling customer deli/salad orders, and trash removal. Ensures that items prepared match selections made by customers.
