Requirements

Ability to read and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers.
Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate effectively with customers.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
A minimum of 180 days of previous cash handling experience is required.

Responsibilities

Operate cash registers and other computerized order entry systems efficiently and accurately.
Ensure the correct handling and reconciliation of cash, including preparing cash reports.
Maintain efficient customer flow, offering a positive and friendly customer service experience.
Verify and serve correct food portions in accordance with service standards.
Keep work areas, including cash registers, beverage stations, and take-out areas, clean and organized.
Collect and safeguard all charge slips and maintain confidentiality of financial transactions.
Assist in general maintenance and cleanliness of the department.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general information as needed.
