About The Position

This position is responsible for the collection and handling of money in the aquatic facility and to carry out all jobs within the admissions areas of the facility.

Requirements

Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

Check passes and collect money from patrons entering pool.
Maintain a secure and organized admissions area.
Handle all incoming calls.
Enforce rules and regulations appropriate to the aquatic facility.
Maintain all daily reports and record data.
Be responsible for the distribution of lost and found articles.
Act as cashier only in concessions.
Assist with cleaning and performing light maintenance within the Aquatics Facility.
Wear personal protective equipment for job function when needed.
Maintain effective two-way communication while dealing with concerns in the facility with the Aquatic Manager and immediate supervisor.
Provide a high quality of customer service in a professional manner to the internal customer that will facilitate team building and exceptional customer service to the external customer.
Follow the Wheaton Park District policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Proactively support the V.A.L.U.E.S. (integrity, fun, commitment, adaptability and growth, kindness, and service) on a daily basis.
Maintain good safety awareness and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
