The Public Sector Lockbox business, a 24/7 operational unit, provides critical services to government clients to assist them in managing their receivables and important documents. This role offers an exciting opportunity within the North America TTS Client Operations – Public Sector Lockbox team, supporting both Operations and Leadership Teams across all Public Sector locations. The responsibilities described is not an exhaustive list of duties, and additional tasks may be assigned based on business demands. Successful candidates must also successfully complete the government-required background check. Extended hours may be required to complete job requirements. This person provides operational support for the Public Sector Lockbox Operations team and management, with the primary focus on developing, maintaining, and managing the organization's performance measures and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical and technical skills to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
