Performance Measurement & Reporting: Develop, implement, and maintain robust operations performance measures to ensure accurate and timely availability of reports essential for strategic decision-making. Ensure weekly/monthly operations reporting metrics are provided timely and accurately. Collaborate with various departments to understand unique reporting needs, providing guidance and support in establishing effective reporting solutions. Monitor and analyze the performance of existing reporting tools, proactively identifying areas of enhancement, implementing upgrades, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues through regular audits, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all reports. Conduct thorough root cause analysis on risk points, anomalies, and exceptions within the reporting framework. Analyze complex datasets to identify key trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present insightful reports and analyses derived from performance measures to support strategic decision-making processes. Produce weekly and monthly scorecards to assess and track employee performance. Provide detailed headcount tracking and reporting for both permanent and contractor staffing. Proactively identify control deficiencies, escalate issues in a timely manner, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
