About the Role The Sales Lead for our Cedar’s Cash-Out program, which allows homeowners to access their home equity without refinancing or taking on new debt, is a key position as we grow. This role focuses on educating real estate agents, financial professionals, and homeowners on how Cedar’s ground lease structure can unlock trapped equity while maintaining stability of ownership. You will report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work cross-functionally with underwriting, transaction management, product and marketing to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and a growing pipeline of active transactions. While this will start as a sales role it will ideally grow into more of a general manger role where you will be responsible not just for sales metrics but the whole business unit including product design, marketing, technology, and additional sales resources.
