Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.
• Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process cash matching between banking and accounting for receivables, payables, and payroll for multiple accounts daily.
• Work with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll and field Billing and Collection teams to research variances.
• Set up appropriate accruals during month-end close.
• Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents.
• Identify process efficiencies and assist with automation projects where possible.
• Provide support documentation for annual audits.
