About The Position

The Treasury Sales Associate within the Non-Bank Financial Institutions organization is primarily responsible for providing sales support to Industry Sales Leads. You would be a vital coverage team member that plays an integral part in acquiring, managing and maintaining the client relationships. This role allows an individual to develop over time for a successful career within the firm and to pursue more senior roles within the Treasury group such as a cash management sales position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking or cash management experience
  • Required experience in a sales, account management, relationship management, or other client-facing field
  • Strong understanding of Treasury and Cash Management and the foundational knowledge of treasury services and products used by large institutional clients
  • Strong drive/ambition to develop into an individual contributor salesperson
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with treasury sales on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability models
  • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research
  • Develop and understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives
  • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions
  • Develop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & market
  • Work with treasury sales solutions throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing
