Requirements
- BA in Accounting preferred
- 1+ year of automotive experience required
- Knowledge of CDK required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
- Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
- Ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day work will include receipting cash, checks, and bank transactions and completing necessary journal entries.
- Maintain accurate AR aging schedules and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Prepare and send monthly statements to customers, fleet accounts, and wholesale accounts.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in customer balances and payments.
- Apply adjustments, write-offs, and refunds in accordance with dealership policy.
