Job Overview: The Casework Program Manager oversees the Extended Case Management (ECM), Intensive Case Management (ICM), and Program for Initial Resettlement (PIR) programs at IRC Salt Lake City. This role provides leadership, supervision, and strategic direction to ensure delivery of high-quality, client-centered resettlement services. The Casework Program Manager currently supervises 7–8 staff and is responsible for program compliance, quality assurance, staff development, fiscal management and community partnership building.
