About The Position

As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing complex litigation cases, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely deliverables. You’ll work closely with internal teams, trial technicians, videographers, graphic designers and external vendors to provide exceptional support for our clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in litigation support, case management, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination for litigation support projects, managing case logistics from intake through trial.
  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services such as trial presentation support, exhibit management, graphics, video depositions, and technology solutions.
  • Oversee deliverable timelines, budgets, and troubleshoot challenges, while maintaining clear communication with clients and account managers to ensure expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with litigation processes and trial preparation.
