About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking a high-performing Case Manager to support our growing personal injury practice. This role is responsible for actively driving cases forward from intake through pre-litigation resolution and ensuring each file is positioned for maximum settlement value. This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and delivers exceptional client service while managing a high-volume caseload.

Requirements

2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience required
Proven experience preparing demand packages
Strong understanding of California procedures and case flow
Ability to review medical records and clearly assess damages
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation or settlement
Take full ownership of your caseload and proactively move cases forward
Lead client onboarding and maintain highly organized, accurate files
Order, review, and analyze police reports, medical records, and billing
Track treatment progress and actively develop damages
Communicate consistently and confidently with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
Prepare and assemble strong, well-supported demand packages
Negotiate property damage claims (if applicable)
Monitor liens and assist with settlement disbursement preparation
Identify when cases should be escalated to litigation
