About The Position

NCIA's Herbert J. Hoelter Vocational Training Center (HJH/VTC) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide client-centered services that help participants overcome barriers to training completion and achieve career success. This role connects clients with community resources, monitors progress, and advocates for their employment goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in case management, workforce development, or supportive services.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain accurate documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide case management to support self-sufficiency and employment outcomes.
  • Identify barriers and link participants to supportive services.
  • Develop and maintain Individual Employment Development Plans.
  • Collaborate with workforce development staff and community partners.
  • Track and report participant progress using electronic data systems.
  • Ensure compliance with grant requirements and organizational policies.
