About The Position
NCIA's Herbert J. Hoelter Vocational Training Center (HJH/VTC) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide client-centered services that help participants overcome barriers to training completion and achieve career success. This role connects clients with community resources, monitors progress, and advocates for their employment goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience in case management, workforce development, or supportive services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain accurate documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management to support self-sufficiency and employment outcomes.
- Identify barriers and link participants to supportive services.
- Develop and maintain Individual Employment Development Plans.
- Collaborate with workforce development staff and community partners.
- Track and report participant progress using electronic data systems.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and organizational policies.
