Key duties include overseeing the preparation of service/treatment and discharge plans, as well as recruiting, supervising, monitoring, and evaluating social services staff to ensure successful performance of daily, weekly, and periodic tasks. The role also requires cooperation with senior management for programmatic reports and proposals, establishing staff schedules and work assignments, and being available 24/7 on call.
