The New Life Case Manager/Supervisor provides direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision for Case Management Services as well as maintains a caseload as assigned. Assists the Program Manager in the day-to-day management, supervision, and development of program services, and in monitoring of service quality and program needs. Provides services to individuals and groups as needed to meet the program's goals. Develops and maintains working relationships with clients, client's families, intra-agency programs, other Community Service Board (CSB) programs, and external resources.
