Benefits at Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services: Hourly position paid bi-weekly Starting salary range, determined by formula accounting for years of directly related experience: $26.00 per hour base rate ($49,000.00 per year) to $32.50 per hour ($61,000.00 per year) for 10 years of experience in the same job. Full-time (36.25 hours) employees: One week of paid vacation and one year of sick day accrual immediately allocated upon hire. 3 personal days provided per year, prorated with employee start date. Starting vacation accrual of 3 weeks per year. Sick time accrued at 15 days per year after first year of employment with an unlimited accrual. Service and Support Administrator (SSA) A typical day in the life of an SSA includes being out in the field, meeting with individuals on your caseload. You might meet at their home, a coffee shop, one of our offices, or wherever the individual is most comfortable. You will also be making phone calls from the iPhone we provide and attending Zoom meetings with others on your team or service providers, organizing resources for your individuals served. You will enter case notes and update their planning documents on the laptop we provide. You may be organizing and communicating from home part of your day, and out in the field meeting with people in other parts of your day.
