Spanish Speaking Developmental Disabilities Case Manager (Service & Support Administrator) This position will translate material and communication from/to English to/from Spanish as needed for a primarily Spanish-speaking caseload, in addition to acting as the primary service coordinator for support services. A typical day in the life of a Service & Support Administrator includes being out in the field, meeting with individuals on your caseload. You might meet at their home, a coffee shop, one of our offices, or wherever the individual is most comfortable. You will also be making phone calls from the iPhone we provide and attending Zoom meetings with others on your team or service providers, organizing resources for your individuals served. You will enter case notes and update planning documents on the laptop we provide. You may be organizing and communicating from home part of your day, and out in the field meeting with people in other parts of your day.
