Options for Community Living, Inc. is looking for a Case Manager to join our Mental Health Licensed Program! An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: High School Diploma and 2 years of qualifying experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of qualifying experience. Excellent time management skills required. Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, valid auto insurance and access to a vehicle is required. Qualifying experience: Verifiable full or part time case management or case work with persons with a history of mental illness, homelessness, or chemical dependence. The Licensed Program Case Manager provides supportive case management services to individuals with mental illness in the apartment treatment program. Monitors maintenance of sites and provides on-site visits to scattered housing locations. Incredible people doing meaningful work.
