In Family Empowerment, our Family Support Case Managers are a key resource to families who have a member with a disability. You will provide training, needed information, family support contacts and referrals to other agencies and supports. On a wider level, you will help educate the community about disailities and/or autism and how to help better support families, as well as facilitating social and recreational activities for people of all ages. You will help families get the best results from funds available by administration of stipends and all documentation.
