Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
  • 3+ years of case management experience

Nice To Haves

  • workforce development preferred
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervises case managers delivering employment and training services, ensuring compliance with funder rules and achievement of performance outcomes.
  • Oversee case manager workloads, assignments, and performance.
  • Review case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff.
  • Support recruitment, engagement, and retention of participants.
  • Track outcomes and report results to leadership.
