General Summary Under management of the Manager of Case Management (CM), the Case Management Supervisor will lead and supervise clinical program operations including program deployment, case managers and health coaches responsible for patient care coordination in the University of Maryland Quality Care Network (UMQCN). The Supervisor provides clinical leadership for all case management programs by serving as an educator, role model, member advocate and change agent to enhance member care and staff competency. The Supervisor directs daily team operations and provides strong leadership through training, coaching, teaching, and managing assigned team members and programs. The Case Management Supervisor will evaluate patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines, organizational standards and identified milestones.
