We are a mission-driven, people-first organization and we are looking for a Case Management Specialist who moves with urgency, documents with precision, and genuinely cares about the humans whose files sit on their desk. You notice when a case file is drifting and you close the loop before anyone has to ask. You can sit across from an employee having a hard day and make them feel seen, not processed. You know your way around JWOD/AbilityOne requirements, and you don’t flinch when an audit shows up. And when a beneficiary needs more than case management, you know how to refer them somewhere that can actually help. This is a full-time salaried position based on a 40-hour work week, approximately 80% in-office and 20% travel for employee visits, outreach, and community partner meetings. The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9 hours per day, and Friday, half day. The expectation is that the work gets done, which may sometimes exceed 40 hours. This is mission-driven work inside a growing organization, directly supporting employment for people with disabilities.
