Case Management Specialist

Mavagi EnterprisesSan Antonio, TX

About The Position

For over 25 years, Mavagi Enterprises has created meaningful employment for veterans and people with disabilities through federal contracts under the AbilityOne/JWOD Program. We are a mission-driven, people-first organization and we are looking for a Case Management Specialist who moves with urgency, documents with precision, and genuinely cares about the humans whose files sit on their desk. You notice when a case file is drifting and you close the loop before anyone has to ask. You can sit across from an employee having a hard day and make them feel seen, not processed. You know your way around JWOD/AbilityOne requirements, and you don’t flinch when an audit shows up. And when a beneficiary needs more than case management, you know how to refer them somewhere that can actually help. This is a full-time salaried position based on a 40-hour work week, approximately 80% in-office and 20% travel for employee visits, outreach, and community partner meetings. The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9 hours per day, and Friday, half day. The expectation is that the work gets done, which may sometimes exceed 40 hours. This is mission-driven work inside a growing organization, directly supporting employment for people with disabilities.
