About The Position

The Case Assistant will support designated attorneys and/or teams by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review, research, fact checking and/or trial preparation, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to independently communicate with management, attorneys, and clients
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of related experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization of documents, cases, and/or files
  • Prepare and/or draft documents and correspondence
  • Manage due diligence of processes and track deadlines
  • Develop processes and procedures to enhance efficiency in serving clients
  • Maintain best records management practices
  • Organize, update, and own the management of internal team databases
  • Use internal firm software to successfully complete tasks related to supervisor requests
  • Other functions as assigned by supervisor
