Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or office coordination
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Five or more years of administrative experience
  • College coursework in business, human services, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional point of contact for calls, visitors, and inquiries
  • Manage and distribute mail, correspondence, and documentation within established timelines
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other materials for leadership and service teams
  • Track and organize data to support service coordination
  • Assist with referrals, service plans, and required documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and team logistics
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records and filing systems
  • Support special projects, audits, and team initiatives
  • Assist with office operations, supplies, and equipment
  • Provide occasional front desk coverage as needed
