Reports to: Regional Supervisor Status: Non-Exempt, Part Time Overview: The Case Aid assists the Community Services team in refugee resettlement and post-resettlement case management by performing critical data entry and record keeping functions. The position will be responsible for short- and long-term data tracking and file up-keeping. The Case Aid also assists with apartment set ups for arriving refugee clients. The objective of the program is to assist refugee and other ORR eligible clients in accessing services and employment opportunities, and in becoming economically self-sufficient. This is a temporary position to last no longer than September 30, 2026.
