Reporting to a Director of Sales, the Cartilage Business Development Manager is responsible for exceeding sales/case volume objectives and growing the Sports Medicine Biologics business, specifically the cartilage repair portfolio, within assigned Area, by driving increased usage and new customer conversions. The position requires the ability to assimilate and deliver a high level of technical information as it relates to Biologics products. This role also serves as a leader of Biologics for sports medicine in the capacity of product matter expert, trainer, and mentor to other sales reps. What will you be doing? In this role, you’ll lead sales execution and surgical support for our cartilage repair products, driving growth through both existing and new customer acquisition. You'll provide hands-on surgical case coverage, HCP training, and inventory management, while delivering accurate forecasts and representing the portfolio at key events. Collaboration is essential—you’ll partner across teams to identify Biologics opportunities, share expertise, and support targeted education initiatives. You’ll also maintain clean business practices through timely reporting, training completion, and expense compliance. What will you need to be successful?
